Love these ladies - Susie and Cecilia made me feel so at ease and have the patience of saints! The alterations cost with Susie was so reasonable and far cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere. Each of my appointments took about 30-45 minutes, and I never felt rushed to leave. They gave me all the time in the world to get used to my dress - gave me a few tips and tricks on walking/sitting in the dress which were invaluable for a dress the size of mine! I went into BOB unsure of my dress, and Susie and Cecilia made me fall completely in love with it by the time they had worked their magic on it. I highly recommend BOB - late evening appointments too, so that I didn't have to leave work early. I only had 3 weeks to do my alterations and the ladies accommodated me.
