I used Mr Removalist to move house in Feb, 2014 and I have moved house many times so I can compare the service provided. IT WAS OUTSTANDING service because the two men went the extra mile. Anwar was very experienced, he communicated well and understood my needs, given I had precious family antique furniture. In fact as the day progressed, I felt so at ease, that I realized I didn't need to watch over them like a hawk as I have had to with other moves. Anwar and his partner were careful and strategic, took precautions, and consulted with me when needed. In addition, when our six hour move turned into nine, they still kept up the positive banter and can do attitude. They actually made an expected challenging day, a memorable and fun one. Also, all my possessions were moved without any scratches etc. I have no suggestions for improvement in the service provided.
