The food here is amazing, but the service is disappointing. Food takes a while to come out even when the restaurant is near-empty. When quiet, the staff sit around and you need to call them over to clear your table and they won't offer desert/coffee unless you ask for it.

I was in the store for 15 minutes trying to get the attention of a staff member. Despite having 4 staff working and nobody else in the shop, nobody wanted to help me. I walked out and shopped elsewhere.

The pizzas here are amazing, and must be tried even though they are on the pricy side. Make sure you get there early if dining on Friday or Saturday night as the queue runs down Church St

I go to Iconic with my wife whenever we have days off and get the all day breakfast which is one of the best value breakfasts around. I think the coffee is great, perhaps they have changed supplier since the last user comment.
