I had Kyle perform a service on my split system and was very pleased with the work. He was on time, very courteous, and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who requires their services.

Dylan came out today to remove a very old solar hot water system and install a continuous flow water heater. I was very impressed with the quality of his work at a very reasonable price, the fact that he was punctual and cleaned up after doing the job, and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to anyone who needs a plumber.

They provide a good service but be careful with your bill as last week I was charged for two services which they did not provide. They tried to get a urine sample from our dog but could not get one and gave me a container to collect a sample. When I looked at the bill I noticed I had been charged for it. They also charged for a Lab Urine Dipstick and SG In House, but without a sample they could not do that. However, they did reimburse the money when I went back and spoke to them.

I bought two pairs of glasses, one for reading and the other for long distance. One of the lenses in the long distance glasses kept falling out. I took them back and the lady glued the lens in. She said if it happens again to bring them back and they will send them away, which they did. However, the wrong prescription was made up and I received another set of reading glasses. I told the young lady attending me that they were the wrong glasses. After some time convincing her they were the wrong glasses, they were sent back to have the right glasses made up. Needless to say, I will not be getting my glasses through SpecSavers again.

Simon installed a new light switch and light yesterday. He is very efficient and on time. He also called before arriving. I would recommend him to anyone. He has a call out fee of $75 and charges $75 an hour, for your information.

I went for a haircut only, and the lady did a fantastic job. She was very friendly and listened to what I wanted. Could not be happier. I would definitely recommend this salon to any person looking for a good cut.

My husband and I, with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren, went to the restaurant part for lunch today. Not long after arriving, the waiter came out and introduced himself as our waiter for the day. He informed us that the meals were for sharing, and that they don't do mains. The four adults each ordered a meal and the children had a separate child's plate order. When the meals arrived, they were very small servings at main course prices. My husband ordered a surf and turf slider, which consisted of two mini rolls with a piece of meat in between which cost $22.50. Definitely will not be going back there again.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. They will offer to carry heavy products to the car. Find their prices most times beat their competition and they carry a very good range of products.

The young man who did my hair was extremely slow and appeared to be unable to follow instructions. For someone who just wanted a wash, cut and blow dry, to take nearly an hour is ridiculous.

For a suburban salon to be charging $68 for a hair wash, cut and blow dry, you would be expecting a very good job. Sadly that was not the case. I asked the hairdresser to cut it shorter on the side and pointed to where I wanted it cut shorter, but they kept going way up which is not what I wanted. Came out feeling like I wanted to scream. Will not be going back, that is for sure
