I've been with Wick'd fitness for over 2 years & have loved it.
There are a variety of group fitness sessions ie AMRAP, boxfit, HIIT & a bootcamp morning too......Not forgetting to mention the great 1 on 1 training sessions too. Healthy eating eating plans, social get togethers & even the occassional bootcamp weekends away.
Great group of people with friendships made.
An awesome coach who works hard @ mixing things up for an interesting sessions & to help each individual meet their needs.
Give it ago, you won't regret it!!!
