From the moment I walked in the door, the service from all staff was exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. The clinic itself was very modern looking, pristine and child friendly. Easy to get to, easy parking. Tick, tick, tick!

My one and only disappointment was with the price. I moved across to this dentist as I recently changed health insurance provider, and was led to believe by Bupa, that as a Bupa preferred dentist, I would be less out of pocket. This was not the case! I ended up with a gap payment of $136.20 as compared with a gap of $53.40 with my previous dentist for exactly the same treatment. In reviewing the items on the receipt, this dentist is charging more for it's services than my previous.

If service was a concern with my previous dentist, then perhaps I could justify paying the extra, but it isn't and so based on this factor alone, I will return to my old dentist.
