Disappointing how many times they don't have the medications I need bit high street chemist warehouse do have them. I've even waited while they do their chemist magic only to be called back to counter by the electronic buzzer after 10 mins to be told they aren't in stock. Grrrr tell me that when I go to counter the first time please! Slow shop and never with stock. Go to high street and while there you could try out the other chemist a few doors west. The shed or similar name. Great prices too

So frustrating! Never have spinach n feta triangles in the heater. I often drive to the shop and am told they have sold them from the pie oven and need to heat one in the microwave. Surely a pastry shop would know pastry should be warned in the oven. If they are always able to sell me one from the fridge, why not put a few in the oven in the empty space for spinach triangles!!! I have a feeling they've stopped selling them at all now but why?? Just seems such a no brainer if they sell out, then put a few more in the oven! They are really good, but prices at these gold steins bakery chains are expensive.

Wow! The best prices by far for air conditioners bug my review is mainly because of the staff. Family business but big enough to give great prices, small enough to give personal service. They have moved now and I think they are in lid come or similar. Sam and Alana were the owners names I think. I shopped around for split systems and these guy beat the others by heaps. If not just ask and I'm sure they will beat prides by a lot. I've bought 7 splits over the past few years. So happy I found these lovey folk. Just really decent. I preferred dealing with one of the owners listed above than the staff, they are so incredibly helpful. I needed an Ac on a Sunday once and Alana said she would open up shop and get me the aircon as I really needed to collect that day. Incredibly good business people. Wish them every success. Michael

I booked with tiger to fly a friend to Sydney for a special surprise meeting with his race car driver hero. I booked tiger because the flight time suited better than the other airlines not for price. Everything was arranged but when he arrived at the airport tiger staff said they had cancelled the flight and he could get on the next available flight but this was the following day!! I always wondered why tiger had a to show dedicated to showing how terrible their customer service was, but now I agreed. My wife previously booked with tiger and told me how bad they were because of their service and unhelpful staff. I've heard enough stories to know I will never fly with them. When looking at we jet I never even consider any tiger flights just jetstar and virgin.

A few years ago I thought jetstar were way behind virgin. I was disappointed because I wanted to support the Aussie airline but virgin were cheaper and much friendlier.
Now the times have changed and every time I book a flight, jetstar is much cheaper than virgin. Their staff now are pretty friendly and much improved on a few years back.
I would say, don't order the hot chocolate and if jetstar execs read this, please just try your own hot chocolate and tell me if you're think it passes as a food product- it's dreadful! But otherwise jetstar is great. Website is a bit clunky.

Strata management services found to be very disappointing. The sales and rental agency is pretty much like the other local agents, of which there are many in the district, but strata management appears to be sadly lacking. Nepean area needs another competitor in this marketplace. No other strata office in Penrith means the levels of service offered by S and T are the only option locally. An alternative and genuinely professional strata manager would make quite a difference to provide a benchmark. Come on strata agents, look at establishing an office in Penrith- lots of strata business out here!
