I was part of a large group having lunch at the Club. The menu was fairly varied and the group ordered numerous items. The meals arrived reasonably promptly and together. The staff were friendly - although no more than I expected - and the food and drink prices were reasonable.

This store specialises in video production equipment and software. I wanted to buy a particular video editing program and was advised to try this business. They were helpful and friendly and had the product I was seeking.

Westies repaired my airconditioning unit at home. I had no prior experience with them, I simply found them in the phone book. They were prompt and soon diagnosed and fixed the problem.

I was buying a new digital camera and knew kittle about them. The store assistant took the time to understand what i wanted to do with the camera, and also to explain and demonstrate all the different features. In the end I felt confident that I had bought the right propduct within my budget.

I often need to take my pet to a vet. This vet is available seven days a week, every day of the year. He is very gentle and caring, both to the pet and the pet's owners. He fully explains the problem and the remedies available. He and his staff are very approachable.

I needed some trees pruned and branches lopped. Some trees were looking a bit sick and they advised me on ways to improve the trees. They gave me firm quote, arrived on time to do the job and cleaned up thoroughly.

I arranged for my car to be serviced. They were very courteous, listened to my concerns and serviced the car within the time promised and within the cost quoted. If they found anything extrt needed to be done they rang me first and discussed this with me. I have used a few other Ford dealerships for servicing - and other delaerships for other models - and i consider Etheridge to be the best I have experienced.

I have been a customer for many years. I am satisfied with their basic service. However, they often ring me trying to get me to switch over my gas service to them. Their offer is no better then their competitors would match and I find it annoying to continually recieve these marketing calls.

I regularly buy bread from this shop. They are always courteous and friendly. They bake a reasonable range of bread. Open seven days a week.

They set up a new on-line savings account for me. They set it up much faster then I expected. I needed to ring them about something and they offered to keep me on the phone while I worked through the paperwork. They sounded enthusiastic and very polite and helpful. Their product was one of the best of this type compared with those from other banks.
