I was looking for some electronic equipment. The salesman was very helpful without being pushy. At no time did he force me into a sale but let me make up my own mind.

Gazman have a good range of comfortable and reasonably priced polo shirts. the staff were very helpful in assisting me to make my choices and get the right size. they are friendly and courteous, even when i am "just looking".

I had been shopping around for a LCD TV. I had worked out which set I wanted. Most stores wanted to interest me in a more expensive set or a particular unit they were pushing. At JB Hi-Fi the salesman told me of the pros and cons of other sets but didn't try to move me away from the one I had selected. He was very helpful and then went and worked out a better price on the one I wanted so as to secure my sale.

My first visit. I picked the cafe at random. When i first arrived I was apprehensive as it is very small and cramped. But it was extremely good. Very interesting and varied menu; really good and friendly service and reasonably priced.

I wanted to have a piece of artwork framed. The staff were very helpful in suggesting ideas regarding the colour and type of frame and frame matts. I wanted a specific requirement and they were extremely obliging in working with me to achieve this particular result.

I dined at the restaurant on a reasonably quiet night. The food was satisfactory but the service was disappointing. The waitress was slow to take our orders and bought the wrong drink. She was polite but well short of the helpfulness one wouls expect at a restaurant.

I have eaten breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea at this place on a total of 5 occasions. The food is good with considerable variety - although the afternoon tea was lacking a good range of hot selections - and the service is satisfactory. Given the "up-market" reputation of the hotel and the prices charged for the meals I felt the service and the overall experiences were not upto the standard I expected. Nevertheless, it was relatively good value for service.

I regularly buy clothes from Gazman as I find their sizes and quality are consistent. I particularly like the store at the glen as the staff are very friendly and helpful. they are keen to help without being pushy.

I had trouble with my laptop comouter (viruses and spyware). Adco not only fixed it for me but showed me some techniques to prevent it recurring and also how to fix it myself should it recur. He was interested to help me solve it loong-term rather than just fixing it and returning to him should it recur. Very prompt and extremely helpful.

I wanted some musical equipment for a present. The staff member was very patient and spent considerable time with me to work out exactly what I needed. He then showed me several options and recommended a product - but only after he questioned me for some time on the circumstances that it would be used so that he was confident that it would be appropriate for the eventual recipient's needs.
