It was our 1st anniversary and thought we would book a supposed good local restaurant so we tried Scott Damiens, they asked me what was the occasion of which I told them. When we arrived we were shown to a table near an open very breezy balcony and right near a long table with very loud people. The table of noisy people dominated the whole room and we couldnt hear each other talk. We were given water and menus and left alone. We sat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to ask us for drinks..no one came so I had to go searching myself. The prices of food are very high and considering that they cant even provide proper serviettes small paper ones which is pretty pathetic considering they charge $39 for a 200gram steak. We had Oysters Kilpatrick (burnt) and Garlic prawns (5 little prawns in amongst soggy mushrooms and a pile of rice!) Mains included Garlic prawns (larger size, mound of rice the size of Uluru and more soggy mushrooms!) Greek Lamb (tough on skewers long enough to be dangerous) by the time we finished we wanted to leave the place as quick as possible. They decor is non existent with no atmosphere at all. Furniture is like something out of a Lifeline shop. Staff need serious training, prices need dropping to suit the dumpy place it is. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. $145 later..........

I phoned and booked an inspection/quote. Straight away I knew they were friendly/great operators by the reception I received over the phone. Great Start! Mal turned up and got straight down to business, he knew what he was talking about and friendly at the same time. Great people skills of which others in his game have none. He was willing to give advice freely. We will book him when the time comes to do Termite barrier work.

Matt takes extreme care and pride of has guitar repair work. He treats each job with importance. Musicians pay lots of hard earned cash for their instruments and Matt will always give first class service and attention.

I dread going here! The personal there are so rude and stressed out. I hear this from quite a few people. Yes they are busy, but at the same time be thankful you have a job. These people need some lessons on how to deal with public/customers or get another job. I must admit they need another Australia Post in the area the nearest one is at Burpengary.

In this day of struggling small businesses, you would think that they would bend over backwards to keep happy customers, no, not this one. We bought an expensive salt and pepper shaker from here a while ago and were told at the time of purchase that if we were no happy with them to bring them back within a year, there was no mention of faulty mechanism or the such, the lady we bought it off told us to put a particular type of salt in (she made no mention that they had this type on sale there) we bought some (of the type she suggested) from the supermarket which we tried and tried but wouldn't work properly, we though in the end, in our frustration, that the salt might be to moist, so tried rice (which apparently is a no no) still no good, in the end we took them back. We met a different lady there who flatly refused any exchange or refund, she said it was only if there was faulty mechanism, we said the other lady didn't tell us that and she more or less told us we were liars. She said we were using the wrong salt. If you think you might get a refund from this shop or an exchange don't go to this shop. They haven't heard of the retail saying of the customer is always right.
