My experience was similar to other reviewers. Logan's service is professional, friendly, and timely.

Casey Screens arranged for the installation of 5x 240V motorized window roller shutters, 1x window flywire screen, 2x replacement security door locks and mesh, and 1x window security screen.

I am very happy with all the work done with regards to the screens (Logan) and John (roller shutter installer).

John had the unfortunate luck of his van breaking down on the morning of the scheduled installation. He was good enough to come out and install them on Sunday instead and arranged for electricians to complete the job first thing on Monday morning.

I would recommend the people of work done by Casey Screens and Shutters. Their prices are competitive and their installations are first rate.

Approximate cost: $4600

Andrew decommissioned a gas wall heater and removed the flute from the roof.

Andrew came out on a public holiday (Australia Day) and charged normal rates. He completed 90% of the work to be completed that day to a high standard. He also identified a leak on the gas company's side of the meter, called to arrange a call out that same day, and stuck around to make sure the work was completed.

The space underneath my house is unfortunately, very narrow, so the final 10% (removal of the old gas pipe and sealing it off) could not be completed. Andrew tried his best to find a third party to complete this work but was unsuccessful. Although it wasn't my preferred solution, we agreed on closing off the gas pipe in the interior wall. Andrew came back and completed the work as agreed.

I am hoping to receive paperwork of some kind showing the certificate of work done for sealing the gas pipe. I have not received it yet but remain hopeful that I will receive it in due course. Andrew did say it would take a while for it to be processed through government channels.

All in all I would recommend Andrew to others. He is a good, honest, experienced operator who charges competitive rates.

Paul plastered two walls (to cover holes left by a decommissioned gas wall heater and air conditioning box unit).

He was at all stages (from quote through to completion) a pleasure to do business with. Punctual, professional, and personable. The quality of his work is first rate and his prices very competitive.

I have no problem recommending Paul from Pride Plastering to others based on my experience.

Approximate cost: $250
