I have been to this restaurant a number of times with friends. Each time, we have ordered different items off the menu and have been impressed by the quality of the dishes. Unlike many other restaurants that have a similar menu and comparable prices, each item on the menu has a unique depth of flavour: sauces are flavoursome, the meat and vegetables of a good quality, and the noodle dishes (especially the Singapore Noodles) in particular are very taste indeed.

Chau's have eat-in and take away, reasonable waiting times and competitive prices. There are also freebies (snacks or main meals) depending on how much is ordered.

I have often gone to Ray's little store in Forges to have keys cut and have found him not only incredibly efficient (he'd usually cut my keys in a couple of minutes) but courteous as well. Furthermore, his work is of excellent quality and his prices much cheaper than the big name brands. Highly recommended!
