Vi tested my dad hearing and showed great patience. She is great at explaining the results so we could understand what was happening with his hearing and gave us options. She involved us in the entire process. My dad has a set of hearing aids that he is finally happy with.

Prior to testing him, she also microsuctioned his ears. It was so convenient that we didn't have to rebook and run around trying to find anyone to remove wax.
