Great - they cleaned my car inside and out as part of the service.

Would have been great that they offer a courtesy car for the day. Unfortunately another customer didn't return theirs so I was left without a car. To compensate they did drop me off at work and would have picked me up if I didn't make alternative arrangements.

The price of extras seemed reasonable.

Kids loved the bag of lollies and the nice air freshener.

Will use again.

Denise did a fantastic job. Our cocker spaniel's coat was so long it kept knotting. Denise gave Sandy a fantastic cut. No knots and she looks like a new puppy and the price was fantastic for all the work Denise did.

This is the second Jag we purchased. The last one was so good we kept it 6 years. Tony and Graham believe in excellent customer service: from little things like a full tank of fuel, a lovely bottle of wine and letting us take the car on a test drive over night. Our Jag mechanic said all Roadbend's cars are excellent quality. We negotiated a deal we were very happy with and expect to keep my new car for many years. The sale process was easy and prompt.

Good customer service when booking. On time, well priced and resolved all my queries in the hour. Will definitely use again.

My violin teacher advised that the violin I bought from Animato for my daughter was too big and that the bow was bent. I sent back the bow and the replacement was just as crooked. The bow then snapped having only been used 4 times. The second replacement bow is straight and has been fine. On the positive side, Animato replaced the bow twice without hesitation even though I hadn't yet posted the original one back. Price was similar to other stores.

Charles came to look at our showroom's carpets the same day I called. He did a spot treatment to check how much treatment would be required on some stains. He then came in out of work hours the next day to do the cleaning. He was cheaper and much better than our previous cleaners. Great job!
