I am a TAC client who recently moved from the country to Melton. I started with 101 Physio a few months back and am totally impressed with their professionalism and support.

I just want to thank all the staff at 101 Physio for their support.

We needed an emergency swap of tyres onto different rims to put back on the car. It was Saturday pushing close to lunch. I had rang around a few places and some of the quotes were really crazy high, also some couldn't help because they were just about to close.
I rang Elite and they said no drama, bring your car in. The price was reasonable, around $100. They were so polite and friendly when we arrived, I was able to sit on a really comfy couch and watch telly while we waited.
Their service was impeccable. I was really impressed with all the guys. They are extremly respectful and did a brilliant job. Without a dobt I will return to this business over any other tyre place in Melton.

I love these guys! I notoriously have issues when I get keys cut. Not here! Perfect key with no hassles. It was done in a couple of minutes and the gentleman that works there is friendly and professional. I also got a watch battery done which was also a simple and quick transaction.
I got a quote to do my remotes for my cars as well. Great deals, really cute colours for the keys as well.
My watch battery was about $20 and the key was about $3 or so.

Seriously the best Chinese I've ever had from a restaurant. This is our Thursday night haunt. I really love the fact that no matter what, the food is always hot. If they are busy they let you know an honest time that your meal will be ready.
I love their Beef and Cashew, fried rices, spring rolls.... I could list a decent amount of the menu. The team there are friendly and efficient. The restaurant set up is really pretty and cozy, nice lighting and it always smells fantastic when you walk in there. I have not yet had a bad meal ever. We both look forward to Thursday take out. Keep up the amazing work! Normally costs us around $30 between us which is an extremely reasonable price for us, especislly when there are usually leftovers to munch on the next day. So filling, huge portions.

Ordered delivery and was told half hour wait. 1 1/2 hours later our food arrived. Stone cold. The chicken burgers we had purchased were not even cooked in the middle. I was horrified to be honest. We used to be customers years ago and they were fantastic but now, we will never go back. It was a $40 affair. $7.70 for delivery is crazy! Especially when they can't even tell us the proper wait time. I'd wait the time if I was told honestly, my food was at least hot when it got there and some properly cooked chicken. Just want an honest business.

We looked at the menu, only parmas no chicken schnitzels. We went to order and asked if we could have schnitzels instead of parmas. It took the waitress ages to actually work out how to put it through the system but she said it would be all good.
We sat and waited, low and behold she turned up with parmas. I told her that was not what we ordered and to go back and fix it. Another 20minutes later we finally had our meal. By that time my partner wasn't hungry anymore so he only ate a little. The chicken was really greasy and the chips were underdone. Not the greatest meal. Another person at our table ordered a beef burger. She didn't finish and went to play with her daughter. The waitress came around and said who left all this food? Is she coming back to eat it? We told her to leave it. She went away and came back with our drinks. My partner had finished, he hadn't eaten much. She started to complain that he should have ordered. Kids meal and how dare he not finish the food. Are you kidding me? She was our waitress not our mother. That totally put me off my food as well.
I was pretty disgusted by her attitude and that plus the food means I will never go back there again. It was a nice looking place, reasonably clean but getting scolded by the waitress, the food errors then the bad food totally destroyed the day. It was my birthday as well. Let down.

Wow! What can I say? This place is awesome!
We ordered chicken schnitzels the first time we were there. They were delectable. Huge serve for a reasonable price. The atmosphere is calm and the bistro is slightly dark with wooden features. It is a beautiful place. The second time we went we ordered entrees. The garlic bread was delicious and the seafood basket was enough for the two of us to share. Our only problem was we filled up so much we had trouble eating the schnitzels.
The service is top notch. The waiters come around regularly, not too much though and if called they come immediately. We had good banter and they make you feel very welcome. This is now our go to place for chicken schnitzels. Fantastic!

Very disappointing pizza. I had asked for margarita and pepperoni pizzas with a little cheese. The pizza was thin base and burnt around the edges. Cheese was stacked on each, way too much. Garlic bread was also burnt. I would never order through them again.

Since moving to Melton we have tried a few takeaway places and Jacks is by far the best. We usually get their souvlakis. They are amazing! We also get chips and we love them crispy and the fantastic staff always get our order spot on. Have not had one mistake. Their pizzas are scrumptious as well. I can!t help but be TOTALLY in love with the chicken souvlaki. It is the bomb! The chicken is so tasty and tender, i could rave forever about it.
We get delivery mostly and our food always arrives piping hot. The time estimations on delivery are normally spot on and if sometimes there is an extra wait thats fine. I know they cook meals fresh then deliver immediately. That quality in a takeaway place is often hard to come by. It is easy to go back to Jacks time and time again. I will continue to go, time and time again.

Their delivery starts at 5pm and they are open everyday except Monday.

While I stayed at the Mercure Welcome, I dined here. It was quiet at the time (about 6pm). I sat down to read the menu and selected the Wagyu Beef burger with Bad Boy fries. I went up the the counter to order. The young gentleman was just on his way out of the counter and immediately turned back around to serve me. I paid and placed my order. I wanted Fanta but they don't sell it , so I got a Sprite.
My urger came out and was delivered to my table. I didn't want to take a bite at the start as it was a work of art. Also it was the thickest beef burger I have ever, ever had. Cooked perfectly mind you. Juicy, tasty and brown. The fries came with this mayo, tomato sauce combo which was pretty sweet except I would have wanted more sauce. The meal was well worth my rating, I couldn't completely finish it there was so much, which is far better than paying $50 for a plate and starving afterwards.
