I stayed recently for 2 nights. Upon walking in I thought the place looked clean and pleasantly decorated. The ladies at check-in were helpful and it was easy to leave my deposit and check into the room. I was staying in a standard queen room. It was nice, bed when I walked in and bathroom at the back. I prefer bathroom to be first. No bath. There was a kettle and a hairdryer. All that I needed. Showering was a slight issue with a bit of water leaking out onto the bathroom floor. The cleaners gave me extra towels. They were extremely nice and left my room spotless. Although the room was not hugely flashy, the staff at this hotel made my stay most comfortable. They were very genuine people who treated me with the highest respect. I am injured and they made sure they catered to all my needs and more.

"Bringing Market Prices to Benalla". True to this statement Benalla Fruit Market has cheap prices for quality fruit and veg. I have bought almost every fresh produce item over the last few months, all have been pleased all round. I love the fact that I can walk out with a weeks worth of produce without hurting my hip pocket. I especially love their eggs and garlic cloves. They also stock a range of coconut products, herbs and spices, honey, olive oils and more. The team are helpful and very friendly. I always get assisted to my car and I love that kind of service. It really goes a long way. I just looked at their Facebook page(checking out their details for this review) and saw the $20 bargain fruit basket so that will be mine soon! If I get in on time.

I recently purchased a desk top, printer, the works from Rosey at Daynetree Computers. She has excellent customer service skills and when I first went in, we sat down and I was able to ask her heaps (I mean heaps) of questions. The price I purchased the package for was very reasonable as I had checked out prices on line as well. I wanted to buy from a store because I wanted someone who had experience, solid advice and offered after-sale service. I can call on her if I get stuck at any time. So far I have had no problems with my computer at all in terms of functionality, I love it. If I bought a laptop, it would be from there.

These guys are always so helpful when it comes to car parts. I own two older cars and it can be hard to locate parts. If Coopers don't have it (which is rare) they can order it in within a few days. The service is excellent! The team are always happy to have a laugh and joke and they treat female customers with the upmost respect. If they can answer a question, they will explain things well and clearly. They have reasonably priced parts and a decent range of Kincrome tools, Castrol oils, paints and other accessories. I really think they have some of the best service around. Brilliant.

I stopped in one day from physio to grab a bite to eat. It is a lovely place with a great atmosphere. I had a chicken schnitzel sandwich on fresh white bread. It was huge! Superb chicken, cooked properly. I had tomato, lettuce, onion and they were fresh and tasty. It came with grated cheese which was wicked! I loved it. Great service from a friendly team. I left a tip happily. They have a variety of other scrumptious delights so I think I will have to make another snack stop soon.

One of my other favourite fish and chip shops. The flake is a little more expensive but it is so succulent and juicy it's worth the cash. The potato cakes are a good size and they are cooked beautifully with crispy bits. I've never had burnt or undercooked food. Their burgers are also tasty and I love the chicken nuggets as well. The business sells bread, milk and a few other selected items.

Best! Bakery! Ever! This place needs to be open 24/7. I regularly buy the plain pie, shepard's pie, pasties and donuts. The pies are suburb. They are almost always perfect eating temp and they melt in your mouth. The pastry is nice and thin and flaky. The mince is saucy and I have never come across gristle. They are a pretty busy bakery, so going early is best to get the most choice. They also do coffees, shakes, salad rolls, fresh bread and more. This is my bakery of choice, the team are friendly and handle the pressure of the busy times well. If I moved out of town, I would have to come back just to get a pie.

Lavish has to be the best place I have been to for relaxation massage. The room is sublime and the masseur is quiet except for asking if there are any focus areas. I had a serious car accident and I always walk out feel like an almost new woman. When I first went there as a new customer I took advantage of their $25 off new client discount from their website. They also have all kinds of deals, specials and discounts. I also love the job they do on my eyebrows. Their website says they never reuse or recycle their wax and that puts my mind at ease as I know they are clean and hygienic. The girls are super friendly and make you feel completely at ease, love it!

We regularly order delivery in the evening from Hollywood Cafe. Our specific order of pizzas is always met. The food arrives hot and fresh and they are generally accurate with their delivery time estimations. I love the pizzas here over other pizza shops in Benalla. They are cooked through, our thin base is thin they way it should be and there is not too much tomato paste/sauce on the bottom of the pizza. I like my garlic bread cooked a little more and they happily accommodate. I've tried the spag bolg and lasagne, they aren't my cup of tea, I find them too saucy. I order the wedges sometimes and when they come hot and crispy they are fantastic with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce. The service is quite good, easy to place a phone order and the drivers are very well mannered. Their hours have changed slightly, that was a bit frustrating as they now close Mondays and so much else is closed Monday that choices for take out are limited.

The grilled flake is one of our regular choices. It is always hot, tasty and soft. The chips are some of the best in Benalla, also served hot. I love their hamburger, though I do ask for extra sauce. The meat in the burger is cooked well and is of a good size within the burger and very juicy. I also love their chicken rolls. My partner enjoys their dim sims and we also get their potato cakes which are usually a nice size. Their minimum chips are a little on the smaller side so I usually order extra. Their service is fantastic, they are always very positive in store, take quick efficient phone orders and the wait time is usually the 10-15 min they say it is. They let you know when the wait will be longer. I do check their drinks as I like drinks that are well away from the use-by date. The only one of two fish and chip shops we eat from in Benalla.
