ive been here a few time only when i really need my nails done asap and i hate it there, they are so rude and speak their own language most of the time and i feel that they didnt listen to me at all about what i wanted and felt ripped off because i asked for nail art to be done and she tired telling me no it will look stupid on every nail and she did a different design on every second nail which i didn't want!and i asked for it to be flipped over on the other side so it wouldnt be all going the same way (which she didnt do) ever since then i will never go back and dont recommend it to anyone
they need to improve there customer service thats for sure!

i went here about month ago with my partner i had nacho's which were massive for small size and didn't taste to good either and my partner got some massive bbq thing with lots of chips which i stole the chips tasted good though. the service was pretty good and she was quite friendly and very chatty. the price was average and will be going back soon for more :)

this place has the BEST chips and gravy in Ballarat every time i have been there (which is alot) the service has always been great as well as the food

ive been a member for about a year now and can say im disappointed and feel ripped off! and i haven't been back for 6 months if i wasn't in a contact with them i would have left ages ago
i love the fact its a female only gym and how everything is pink love the massage chair. but the price isn't the best

i would have to give this place thumbs up! im a new hairdresser and have been to other hair supplies places and had the workers be very rude to me but this place all the staff are so friendly and very helpful which is why i now only go here. they have been nice to me since the first day i went in and now they have my business and the only place i go now

i shop here quite often and find that there prices are pretty good and the staff are sometimes helpful depending on who you get some people seem like they dont want to be there and have better things to do with there life
the other day one of the was quite rude! i was waiting to be served and was in a bit of a hurry but the checkout chick was too busy chatting away at a friend instead of serving others yes it good to chat to customers but when there is a line fairly bit at your check out you could cut the chat time down a little bit

i went here for lunch with a friend few weeks back and order one of there pizza which was quite yummy along with some chips also quite good and finished with chocolate mouse for desert which was amazing!!! it was so rich i couldn't eat the whole thing sadly service was good and even know it cost a little bit more there other places it was well worth it and def will be going back for more chocolate mouse YUM!

i love this place. i used to go here on my lunch break at work when i worked close by arh so many choice so much yummy food and the staff are just lovely even when i took a little longer to decide what yummy food i wanted to eat. i might pop in one day soon and grab some lunch cause i miss thier food

i recently went here when i had really bad headache's where panadol didn't help at all and to have the Doctor give me stronger stuff (that didn't help at all but made me feel like shit!) so i went back and the the doctor upped the dosage (which was above the recommended amount) and told me the only way to get rid of the headache was to have me knocked out all weekend. but all it did was made me feel even worse! and i stopped talking them and went back and saw a different doctor which gave me different stuff which helped so much (but it taste like shit!) and they were gone with in days and i didn't feel like crap with the unlike that other stuff

i has been a member for a few year now and become a baby club member 4 years ago i'm disappointed to have received a letter saying that my 2 children weren't allowed to use the parents and i have heard stories about how they have rejected non member children to use thier parents room when the children are currently being toilet trained to use there room these 2 things have lead me to NOT to review my membership there at all and i don't recommend this tho any other parents
