I love how welcomed I feel every time I visit this shop, most places these days you're lucky if you get any eye contact - here however, the staff ask you questions and actually listen to the answers. Whenever I need something little and don't want to do a full shop I pop in here - it's a place I'm happy giving money to. Great specials on bread too, got two loaves for $3.80 yesterday and it's really yummy stuff!

We bought a coffee machine from the Good Guys in Warana and had issues with it. Took it back while still under warranty and were told to take it to The Coffee Place as their approved repair people. Good Guys only had an old address for the Coffee Place on file, so went there, and had to call and get new address. Dropped off the machine and were told it would take about 10 business days to repair. Called after 12 business days and were told it hadn't been looked at yet. Called again after 20 business days (ie - four weeks) and it still hadn't been looked at. After five weeks we were told it needed parts, and it has now been eight weeks and apparently the part still has not arrived. If going without your morning coffee makes you cranky, imagine what going without your morning coffee for MORE THAN TWO MONTHS can do to you!! Not good enough, Coffee Place.

I got an awesome machine from Deanna and Rosie at Vera's in Fairy Meadow. The knowledge and advice from the ladies at this shop is unmatched, I've never gone anywhere else since my purchase as they're the only ones that take the time to really teach you how to get the best from your machine. Genuinely nice people and a great range, would recommend to anyone.

We had Peter from Phoenix Cleaning Services do the final carpet clean on our apartment when we moved out and he did a fantastic job. For a 3 bedroom and large dining and living area apartment with a hallway he only charged $100! He was friendly and very professional and got stains out that I thought would stay there. He even got out a pre-existing iron scorch mark from the carpet (if you felt the carpet you could tell it had melted but you could no longer see the outline of the iron). We got our bond back with no hassles and I'll use him again next time we move.

We moved into an apartment across the road from this place and tried it soon after when we couldn't be bothered cooking dinner, it soon became an almost weekly treat. The food is quick, fresh and very, very tasty. After calling to place an order to pick up (I don't think they deliver) it would be ready ten minutes later without fail. We only ever ordered one meal and shared it with rice, the portions are large. Highly recommended!

We rented through Century 21 Coastal and submitted an entry condition report with more than half a dozen large bits of damage to the apartment noted that the Agent had not picked up on. Unfortunately we missed one thing (a 6cm long piece of paint missing above a bedroom door) until after we'd submitted the report. Upon vacating the tenancy the agent tried to get us to repair the previous damage until confronted with all the other damage they had previously missed. Long story short, write a novel for your entry report if renting through Century 21 Coastal.

I'm connected to this business, my husband started it after 15 years in finance and figured out he could do a better job than our broker! As soon as he started he lowered our interest rate by .5% and another family member's by .8, effectively saving over 30k in interest over the life of the loan. The service costs nothing (the banks pay brokers a fee if a loan settles) and David laid out a full comparison of the different banks for me showing fees, charges (such as early termination fees etc) so we could make the right decision when we refinanced. David's integrity and skill in this field make me want to review him on WOMO!

Very fast and very good coffee for a great price ($2 before 9am), we also buy our ground coffee from Otranto's and it's delicious and great value, $17 for 500 grams.
