Staff are always very helpful and friendly. Just being out of hospital and a bit shaky the girl from behind the deli must have been watching me because she called out and asked me if I was OK then without being asked went straight away and got a chair for me to sit on. These are the things that make you want to come back, this kind of staff member is invaluable.

I went to this bank to open a new account.....and they were shut in the middle of the day on a Friday at lunch time!!!! They have 3 staff and I can not imagine why they do not go to lunch one at a time! Apparently they shut every day from 11.30 until 12.30. Imagine that in this day and age!

The people at this business went out of their way to accommodate us. We had a 6yo who was having a birthday and wanted pancakes for lunch and as she had been dissapointed because the local pancake place was closed we went to Salts and after one look at that little sad face the chef made her a special batch of pancakes...these were not even on the lunch menu (only breakfast) The service was so exceptional they were even bought them to the table with 'Happy Birthday .....' actually written in chocolate on the plate. Needless to say she was thrilled. We have perviously had breakfast at this cafe. The staff are attentive and the food is very reasonably priced and the setting is perfect. It's a great place to eat.

The staff in this business are very attentive and they go out of their way to help. I was just released from hospital the day I was there and nothing was too much effort for them. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality and range is very good.They are able to provide helpful advice on a wide range of arts n crafts topics and invite feedback to their business.

This little golf club is one of the best kept secrets of the Wide Bay region. The owners and staff go out of their way to make sure that everything is exactly how you want it. Nothing is too much trouble for this friendly little club. A round of golf there is the cheapest in town and they have clubs and buggies for hire as well. They provide an excellent fare and set an excellent table. It is well worth a little drive the 8 kl ms from town to have lunch or dinner there.

The meals provided by this establishment are the very est value that I have experienced in a good long while. You can get lunch and coffee for under $10. There are a choice of at least 8 - 10 meals to choose from, including steak, for the same low price. The food is expertly prepared and the smorgasbord salad bay is always full and fresh. Excellent service.

I had to have a tow bar fitted to my car.. I was a little daunted about venturing into a 'boys toys' kind of business, but I need not have worried as their attitude to a female was absolutely no different to that which they used towards male customers. This actually surprised me.
