My experience with Judith Penack Corture was not as I had hoped. The end product didn’t come out as I had requested. I did make several attempts to rectify the issues with the company but this resulted in more costs. The final product had a lot of faults which I did highlight but was told these where due to my requests to make change which resulted in holes in the underline and frayed edging. I felt this was unfair as I was only asking for changes due to the quality of what I was being delivered. The dress didn’t fit me very well either and had to keep being altered. In the end I fully paid the $2850 and picked up the dress and took it to another dressmaker for repair. Unfortunately the company didn’t take any responsibility for the quality which was disappointing. I will note I was refunded $250.
