I am a single woman who wanted to buy her first home. I don't have a high paying job so I figured my chances were pretty slim but I contacted Spiro in the hope that I could do something. Spiro was wonderful - supportive but realistic in terms of what I could do. He came to my house several times and was very patient in explaining all the details to me.
