My family of three was having dinner at China Bar Kingsway Glen Waverley for the first time, and surprisingly it was a great experience. Prices were reasonably cheap comparing with other Chinese restaurants around that same area. waiters attitude was reaonsable and quality of food were great. I tried the dry roast duck and pork noodle that was great. Only drawback was its spacing and it could be a real concern while hot food was being delivered around.

VIP night on 26th Aug 2013 was great and we bought a lot of IT accessories with more than 25% off the shelf. Customer service was reasonable. Make sure what sales say match written agreements. It was a bit hot there last night as Harvey Norman was the only shop remains open.

we bought a $4K plus second hand piano few month ago from KC and that was good value. They even gave us a new chair after two month of purchase. I would say the staff know their equipment very well/sincere/passionate and most importantly reliable advice given to us was just great.

This review is for Subaru Glen Waverley, Glen Waverley VIC

This experience with Subaru Glen Waverley (part of Subaru Melbourne) occurred in Feb/March 2012.

Before the payment was made, a Sales Consultant confirmed that the amount of km's indicated that no one had driven the Outback and the Outback had not had any repair work done to it as it was specifically registered to be put onto the used car lot. Neither, had the Sales Consultant disclosed to us that the Outback was subject to recall.

To our surprise, the following day 1st March 2012 Subaru Glen Waverley phoned us and advised that the Outback was under recall for replacement of its brake.

An email was forwarded to the Sales Consultant on 1st March 2012, however to date he has not responded to my email to clarify the recall.

On 5th March 2012, a maintenance personnel (from Subaru Glen Waverley) phoned me and advised me that I needed to bring in the Outback for replacement/repair of the brakes, reason being that the brakes may not work correctly if temperature goes below zero degree. He further advised that the required checks prior to the delivery of the Outback to us were not carried out by Subaru Melbourne. I was at shock to be notified that I have purchased a car which would potentially put my family at risk. I had purchased a car which would not quantify for the 5 stars ANCAP nor would it provide any safety protection to my family travelling on the road. We all know that brakes are the most important active safety of a car and one of its key pieces; I cannot understand as to how Subaru could fail to carry out this most important check.
