Andrew has completed a few jobs for us- he has consistently been professional, communicative, friendly and good value to boot. Always quick to respond via phone, sms or email. He patiently assisted us with coordinating the last steps of our solar meter consolidation (TRUCK appointment) too. Highly recommended!

We ended up here after redeeming an online voucher for a 'pamper package' for two people. Foot massage/soak, full body massage & sauna. I'm not sure about the standard of other Shangri-La centres, but this was truly the worst massage I've ever had. We were left in the sauna with no drinking water- not safe- so we ended up opening the door. No note was taken of our preferences on the assessment sheet, and when I asked the 'masseuse' to apply more pressure on my upper back (as indicated on the form)...she started massaging my sacrum! What?! I had to point to my upper back! I'm not trying to be nasty but detail to personal hygiene & appearances also didn't seem to be important- she had her sunnies on her head, scrappy clothing & when she stood at the head end of the massage table I could smell her feet. No kidding. Decor of the room very basic and next to a noisy staffroom, low quality oils used, no water was offered to us after our massage & sauna, a glass presumably from a previous client was left in the room...all of this wouldn't normally bother me if I had still received a great massage & felt more relaxed- I didn't. I won't return.

My 6 friends & I booked two units between us, to attend a local event. The units were neat, very clean, roomy, modern facilities, comfortable and homely. The service was great- check in/out was flexible, heaters were switched on before our arrival so the units were warm, and we were offered a lift for a small fee to our destination 18km away if we could not arrange to drive/taxi. All of us conceded we would highly recommend.
