What a great job you did for me Charlie. I was stressed out and feeling disorganised, but as soon as you arrived all was calm and you took control. You were aware of my time constraints and worked efficiently, whilst taking a great deal of care with my personal belongings - even helping me to sort out those last little bits that hadn't been packed yet.
