Was treated to a day visit at this centre for my birthday but exchanged it into 2 massages so I could take my sister with me.
Massage was absolutely heavenly and surroundings are tranqquil and peaceful so if its a getaway you need I would definately recommend however service doesn't leave you coming back for more, unfortunately no return business here

So grateful our search for a new family pet led us to this shelter, would never look at buying a new dog again.
Our family staffy settled right in with our 2 children after being tested by the capable staff at this centre.
He was desexed, microchipped and we were given cream for the flybite he had at the time from the vetinary staff.
Registered upon purchasing it really is a one stop shop for any responsible pet owner and the best thing is they dont stop at dogs .... there are plenty of animals to make any heart flutter :)

Always love the honesty from this business, and the ability to simplify ( for a females perspective) what is wrong with my car and what needs to be done to fix.
Fast friendly service, highly reccommend

Left after a family meal very disappointed with new ownership. Served in courtyard area, tables and pavement aren't clean, play equipment covered in leaves causing my children to slip ( plus the fact you never know what creepy crawlies may be under them.
Food served was extremely average and not very enjoyable at all.
Wouldnt rush back in a hurry for a family meal probably ok if out drinking with mates.

Recently visited a friend and treated them to delivery from this store and found it to be quite disappointing.
Unfortunately options are limited for home delivery and the burnt pizzas were not even worth eating they had no flavour left in them.
Very disappointing and will more than likely take food out next time.
Delivery and staff were nice enough but dont feel the food was worth paying for.

This fabulous little country market open 7 days a week is one of my favourite f&v places to visit.
Continually high standard of tasty fruit and vege, without the crowds of town.
Parking at the door I love the convenience and country service received here .... nothing competes

We purchased the suits for our wedding from this store ( caught up in the moment) but looking back I think their are much better services offered elsewhere.
I understand they have made a name for themselves but I dont feel that the service expected for such a special occasion goes with it which is quite disappointing as the reurn business they could gain from making a good experience great would be much cheaper than the advertising.
Pretty average experience treated more like a number than an asset to the business.

I recently attended a function at this business and could not have been more disappointed.
first impressions were great, friendly reception staff, down to the ballroom where 500 consultants cram into a foyer clearly not big enough for this amount of people whilst waiting patiently for the doors to open to our meeting.
All runs smooth heating is perfect seating a bit squishy considering the ammoutnof room to use, volume of mic & music excrutiatingly loud.(left with a headache) not enjoyable at all.
Come lunchtime half were sent to the next level up half stayed downstairs to be served. Food was great howver very slow to move through line up leaving many further down line to cheat and come up through elevator system in turn getting served first pushing those patiently waiting back.
A wine glass with juice a ceramic plate laden with divine looking foods and cutlery with a cloth serviette........... where are the guests of this function to eat ages ranging 18 - 60+...... ON THE FLOOR near elevators, up ramps, anywhere we could find a spot, extremely degrading and a shock for any poor person who was a customer at this hotel to try and plough their way through if they made the mistake of getting off at this floor.
Very uncomfortable , due to this poor experience I would never even bother to look into staying here for a night nor would I recommend any companies booking functions for large crowds that may need to eat.

I find this store understaffed at the times they need it most and service staff arent generally very knowledgeable or helpful.
I was given a gift card to utilise and didn't spend it all in one go on the second visit I got to the counter had over $100 of clothing scanned into the computer and was made to contact the head office on my own phone whilst holding up the line to find the exact amount left on the card as their system doesnt provide this..... very inconvenient with 2 unsettled children I was not made to feel appreciated by management who actually suggested i move aside whilst on the phone so as they wouldnt inconvenience other customers any further. Never mind opening another register or inconveniencing myself who didnt have enough arms to move my purchases, 2 children single handedly whilst on the phone.
I further complained to the head office who gave me the ' thats the way our gift cards work. ' I would never buy a gift card from this chain as I would not wish this sort of pain on anyone.
Another instance was the signage at window is not firmly positioned usuall some string allowing it to move. The section near this window is childrens so naturally mums with strollers or trolleys will be passing. I was searching through a rack when the door lady came over to say my son was knocking the sign (low enough for him too touch ) and to be careful. Fair enough but how about securing it safely enough that it wouldnt be a danger to customers.
I would not make this store my first point of call, they cram so much stock in making it difficult to browse if there is a sale or if trying to manouver with a trolley in the attempt of containing children from touching everything.
