Enjoyed my time on the showboat with our party and my husband it was lovely , found the entertainment a bit stale like they weren't enjoying it, and service a little slow.... but overall we had a great time, pictures to keep for memories and it was just something totally different to what we would normally do.
Toilets could have been a little bit cleaner knowing there are so many people on board.

We were given a non smoking room however the stench of stale smoke was very present in our room but after contacting reception they popped a machine in our room to clean the air whilst we were out enjoying ourselves on the harbour. the view from the room was just magical especially at night..... I didn't want to close the curtains to sleep it seemed to good to be true
Breakfast was absolutely divine and staff were just lovely. So great to see that customer service is still out there :) and very present at this establishment!!!

Visited here for a wedding, which was well run and guests were made to feel welcome, although there wasn't enough seating during the time waiting for reception room to open staff manning the bar etc were friendly and professional.
Great time had by all.

Very happy with our experience with Tamii from Captured Memories Photography.
Very patient with my 2 toddlers ( who weren't so happy during the shoot) but Tamii's patience and professionalism paid off in bucketloads since seeing some of the sneak peaks.
Happy to travel where you like for your shoot we enjoyed some family time at Nepean River and now how memories to last a lifetime that family will also get to experience for xmas presents.

Would not recommend you waste your time or $$ at this establishment.
After ensuring I made a booking for our party of 4 last Friday,we arrived to be shown the bar with a buzzer (as would anyone that had walked in off street).
After not being seated when there were quite clearly plenty of unreserved tables available we saw reception staff.....our name had been crossed off the list!!! ( not even a softdrink offered as apology on a 40 degree day I mean really )
The air conditioning was non existent and barman that served us was far from friendly ( not encouraging us to buy any more beverages after slopping my daiquiri into its glass causing it to melt everywhere )
Finally seated at the table we then again had to chase up drinks........ and some time later again out of our chairs to chase up placing our orders!!!!
The meal was very enjoyable and tasty which is a real let down for those in the kitchen as the service by 5 of the 6 people we had dealings with on the floor was disgraceful.
For a $200 bill I certainly expect more especially from management

I can't speak highly enough of the new owners at this store.
We visit here on a weekly basis and the staff are very generous and friendly.
The products sold are a little more than a usual bakery but the taste and quality are the to enjoy a tasty experience.
Highly recommend a visit.

Thought I would treat myself to a cut and coulour and when my usual hairdresser made it quite clear she couldn't be bothered on the phone I was pleasantly surprised by the service on the phone and in the salon.
I was booked in at 1.30 on a friday , it was quite clear they were overbooked, which was a bit disheartening as was the 4 hours it took to do my hair (certainly dont want to be time restrained) however the Kel was extremely nice and did a fantastic job with both the colouring and the cut.
I was also there at the time school gets out and as much as I'm a mum myself I think that there should be some level of professionalism when running a business and with children arguing with each other, one mum/hairdresser telling her children to go home as they visited and boyfriends popping in .... makes for a not so relaxing experience
Happy with the cost $110 cut colur blow dry foils + eyebrow wax as an all year special.

Ordered on a Friday delivered on the Monday who could possible find anything to complain about. Free delivery and brand new.

Being a new mum I was roped in to getting my princess photographed for $2 sitting fee with a free keyring.
So excited about seeing the end results I was absolutely disgusted at the prices charged for less than average work. Very disappointing but my daughter wasnt going to be 7 days old again so purchased 2 prints , no discs for reprints offered ... i also ordered extra keyrings for grandparents and they had the nerve to choose what photos would be used. So these were sent back much to the salespersons igust to have photos i wished to have being that I was paying some amazing (gold plated NOT ) price
Just a really really disappointing experience at what is already an expensive time.
Would not return or recommend. There is too much competition to return with more natural looking photography and better deals.

WOW.... what an amazing variety at great prices only downfall was the sales assistant constantly in my face wanting me to purchase more..... not thankyou for purchasing something it was do you want this did you want this would you like to add this.... the item I purchased was extremely bulky ..... no bags available at this time of the year.... then being I was with my mum she added our products together and then took payment seperately after we had already said we would just like it put through as individual sales ?? weird
