Very caring professional staff. They give a lot of attention to your pet. 2 of my pets were very sick. They helped and showed a lot of empathy to my pets.
Also very friendly receptionists and nurses.Affordable prices.

While I was in Canberra~My dog had 2 blood test to see if she had Cushings $400~I told the vet I would want the results as I was going overseas and she was booked in to have surgery with another vet for a ruptured cruciate. He agreed~I phoned for the results to be emailed to me. They would not give me the results~My dog later died had I got the results I would not have let her have the operation on her leg. Neither would I have given her the pain killers that the Gungahlin vet gave me for her pain. If they did not want to give me the results at least they could have emailed me to confirm she had Cushings and how bad it was. And to tell me the Pain killers is not good for her condition and to hold off on her surgery~I feel that as they had the information of her condition they could have at least emailed me to let me know,

They were hired to move my belongings from Canberra to Katoomba.I always have a 3 ton truck, they came with a 4 ton truck. Prior to the move I had sent them a complete list of all my belongings with measurements. As they did not utilize space not all my belongings could fit~. They arrived at the destination before me as I had to arrange for the remainding belongings to be picked up~
. Friend met them to let them in. A lot of my belongings were dumped on the front lawn including a bed frame, bike, boxes etc and it rained.
What was 'dumped' inside was strewn around. Waldrobe in one room and the draws in another room. boxes upside down.
If they had packed higher, utilized the space well moved all their blankets which took up room or put boxes in the cupboards etc like I requested all my belongings would have fitted. I live alone and travel light ~There is an art in packing~This was the worst experience for me.

I have 4 dogs and 2 cats all old and not in good health. Gwen not only is an excellent vet, also very caring with very very affordable prices. She is the best vet that I have visited in Canberra and has a genuine love of animals.
