I've been getting contacts and glasses from here for a number of years. The customer service is excellent, I have a little card which gets me my sixth pack of contact for free which really makes a difference when comparing price to the cheaper offers out there. If you are a regular client they do lots of extra little things that you don't get from bulk billing places. They are extremely helpful and have got me out of a pickle more than once when I've run out of contacts!

I go to both Rockdale and Earlwood and Andrew and the team are great. Very caring, competent and informative. I never felt like they were trying to get me back time after time they got straight into fixing my problem and even gave me some exercises to help fast track my recovery. I even called a few times because I was quite anxious they had no problems talking to me over the phone. I think they might be a little more expensive than some but spend a good amount of time with you and its totally worth it for good quality service that fixed my excrusiating long term back issue quick smart. Highly recommend!

Sal makes the best coffee around! I'll drive for km's to get a good coffee from here. I also got a beautiful christening cake.

I agree. I felt like they really focused on me by having one on one appointments not all the other people in the clinic like some physio's i've seen. They got to the bottom of my problem quick smart and gave me exercises to manage my neck issues at home.
