We have used Southside Outdoor Service (SOS) for about 5 years now, after moving to a house in Mulgrave, we got SOS in because the next neighbours kept asking us to have a large Elm tree removed from our front yard as it dropped leaves which looked messy the 50 year old tree was one of the reasons we had picked this house. When SOS came to give us a quote on the removal the Elm they said the tree was very healthy and safe, that we should think about it a few months before having removed just to keep on the right side of a neighbour as once it been cut down it couldn't be put up again. We felt SOS cared about this tree as much as us, they could have just cut it down made some money then moved on to anther customer. Now 5 years on we still a very healthy tree, which give us a lot of shade in the summer. The old neighbours moved out 4 years ago and our new neighbours said they love the shade too.
This is the reason when we wanted some trees removed from our back yard we got SOS back. Best of all they did it when we where at work and the yard was very clean when we got home.
