We recently moved into a new house and the previous owner had two cats and a dog living indoors. Needless to say Sam had a challenge ahead of him. I am pleased to say that the carpet looks almost new, under foot it's now a pleasure to walk on a smooth clean surface, and the awful odour has vanished. Highly recommend Sam who was polite, quietly spoken and very professionally did an excellent job.
