I regularly stay at this motel on business trips. Each time I stay here I find the service consistently friendly and courteous. The rooms are always well presented with extremely comfortable beds. The service offered by Keiran in the restaurant is impeccable. She is always cheerful and friendly, greeting patrons courteously and with a warming smile. I thoroughly recommend this motel to all and sundry.

This hotel uses websites that are cheats and thieves. I recently booked 2 rooms but had to cancel one within days of making the original booking. I was told that because I had booked through an agency I would not receive a refund. I pointed out to the staff that I believed that I was dealing direct with the hotel and not an agency and gave them the website that I booked through. The room allocated to me was nothing short of a dog box, old fashioned amenities and furnishings for which I paid in effect of $290 per night. After contacting the General manager regarding my complaints he offered me an upgrade (to what?0 if I chose to stay there again. He must be joking!!! I certainly won't be recommending this hotel to any of my business contacts who travel extensively.

Repairs to computer program. Work completed on line. The technician rang to confirm that he would be performing the work. I explained my problem and he commenced the necessary work immediately. After some time, he advised that he would ring me back in approximately 10 minutes which he did. He also performed additional work at no additional charge.
