Booked for 1:30. They asked me what I was doing there and to wait for 45 minutes. What was i doing there?? I said I booked an appointment to get my hair coloured over the phone....they should know by looking.....

The girl colouring my hair had no clue what she was doing. I wanted to get my hair dyed medium brown with 10 light brown foils. What happened was blonde foils and still black hair. It was the worst job that I could of achieved at home with a home dye.

They were complaining about customers, being rude and bitching about a family who wanted to get all of their hair cut. They were talking about coworkers and being completely rude and unprofessional. They even complained about me saying the work they had to put into my hair as if I wasn't sitting there already! They were complaining the whole time about not having a break to eat, go toilet, etc.

When booking on the phone, I said I had never dyed my hair before, and they said no worries we'll get it to the colour you want for $60. I go in and they say, oh we have to bleach it, we have to do this and that it'll cost you $130 and I said no way, you said it was $60 that's the only reason why I came all the way here. In the end we settled on $130.

Overall, completely rude, unprofessional service, not worth the money, the hair didn't come out as expected .... not even close. DO NOT COME HERE. SPEND EXACTLY THE SAME MONEY OR LESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
