I am considering a holiday to Bali (my first overseas holiday). I was at Flight Centre at Knox on the weekend. I popped in to ask if they had any brochures on Bali. The female staff member said to me 'Only the store copies' and walked away. I left the store empty handed and feeling deflated.
I was not asked when I planned to travel, or anything relating to my needs. I was simply told that there were no brochures available for me and that was the end of the 'transaction'!

This is my local doctors clinic. Dr Loosemore has been amazing. He has helped and guided me though, family deaths, mental illness, infertility, colds, flus, gastro etc.
He is an amazing man, and a superb doctor. He is very personable, easy to speak with and brilliant with his non medical jargon speak.
There are bulk bill options for pension card holders.
Within the clinic there is a range of medical staff, male and female, with a variety of nationalities.
The reception staff are also prepared to go above and beyond. Very friendly both on the phone and within the clinic.
Pure professionalism.

DB Realty have recently become our real estate agent. We are tenants in the South East suburbs of Melbourne. Liana has been more than helpful, as has everyone within the DB realty team. Whenever we have had to call the office, we are treated as people, not 'just tenants'. DB Realty deserve to be recognised as the brilliant agents they are, rather than just another real estate office.

I was looking for something way out of the ordinary! I wanted a dress to wear to a 70's dress up party. I wanted to go dressed as Dolly Parton. This meant that I needed a plain yet elegant dress, about knee length. I had been to a couple of other shops in the centre, with no joy.
I entered this store and was immediately greated by a very friendly staff member. I explained that I was looking for something similar to a maxi dress, but shorter and plain (and that it was for a fancy dress party).
I was shown 4 different dresses, told the prices of each (all were on sale), the staff member advised me of the features that matched my ideal list.
After trying on the dresses, having her assistance at all times in the fitting rooms, I was then shown matching pieces, cardigans, hand bags, jewellery etc.
I will certainly shop here again!
