I recently had acrylic nails put on and needed to get them removed. I visited the hairhouse warehouse nail technician to have them taken off. It took ages and ages and the technician used an artificial nail to remove my nails. I had bruising underneath from this. For a nail technician they should either have immaculate nails or no nailpolish on at all. This lady had blobs of nailpolish on and her hair was in her face. Not a very nice experience!!!

I was very impressed with the service I received at Kmart Tyre and Auto recently. I needed a quote for a wheel alignment. The manager came and looked at my car and advised that I needed new tyres. They gave me a quote on the spot and included the wheel alignment price. I felt the staff member was honest and it was refreshing to receive free advice.

I had the opportunity to have lunch here recently on 2 different occasions. I was served by the same lady who was rude and miserable. I ate in and ordered at the counter. The price seems to be different every time and I cant remember the last time I had hot chips, they are always luke warm. I felt like saying to the lady whats wrong today????

I love the bargains at Sams Warehouse. The quality of the electrical products is poor. I have returned everything electrical I have bought from there. There is never any staff members around to ask where products are located. They need to have at least one staff member on the floor to concentrate on customer service.

I joined up this gym after the usual sales speil. I dont go regularly because I am not motivated enough. I find the after sales service very ordinary. I think the staff should follow up members who do not attend, and give them some motivation. The water aerobics classes are great fun. I have money taken out of my account each week, which isnt much but over a year it is. The water aerobics instructor showed me more interest than any other staff member. Its like you join, then they are no longer interested, there are no mail outs or incentives.

This is the best video shop! The staff are so helpful. All DVDs are cleaned before renting. Lots of specials with ex rentals. And the best popcorn!!!!

Kmart in Rowville has improved heaps lately. It seems they are concentrating more on service these days. I miss the plant section :( I find the quality of the homemakers brands quite poor and have had to return alot of the products. The younger staff need to make more of an effort in smiling and in their appearance.

Great service at this fish and chip shop. I like that they repeat the order back to you without being asked. I find the chips can be a little undercooked unless you ask for well done. I always get a free potato cake which is nice.

I love going to the Eating House. Have been for brunch and dinner. We always have a great night. The eggs are suburb for brunch. Good selection of meals for dinner. Can get expensive if having a few drinks.

Had dinner here a few weeks ago with some girlfriends. I had some of the Saganaki which I found way too rich. We then shared some dips which were either spicy or bland. My friends were happy with their meals and the value was quite good. We were the last to leave on a Saturday nite. It was only 9.30pm, however we felt like the staff were pushing us out as they were constantly clearing the table even when we hadnt finished.
