I had my wedding banquet here, with about 100 guests. I ordered a vegan meal for myself, which was delicious. The food came out in good timing. Although I found it difficult to get a glass of cool water (they gave me warm or hot water twice before actually getting me cool water).

They have a video projector, which was good for a photo slideshow I made. They also have a stage which can double as a dancefloor, but because of the bright lighting and the prominence of this stage, most people are reluctant to get up and dance.

They put up a display of mine and my husband's names above the stage, which looked nice.

Another thing was they charged quite a lot for extra drinks. At least another $100 just for extra drinks (orange juice and soft drink, not even wine). My dad gave them a tip, but then regretted it because of the expensive drinks.

We used their service for a one way trip from Outback Spectacular to our hotel, Artique Resort. We organised this on the afternoon of the trip, and it cost us $15 each for this one way trip to Surfer's Paradise. It is about 45 minutes ride.

They are quite a good company, but my hubby and I had a slightly bad experience with one of the workers. Our names were on the list for a transfer and the man didn't recognise it, even though we told him the hotel name. The man was quite rude to us when we asked him if he was going to Surfer's Paradise. I suspect this may be a one off time though, and maybe the guy was in a bad mood.

My husband and I came here twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times we had the buffet option for $9.90 each, where you can choose most things on the display (excluding desserts, some salads and the samosas/spring rolls).

The buffet includes things like kofta balls, brown or white rice, vegan mild curry, potato bake, pasta bake, papadoms. It's great value if you can eat a lot. I can only eat two plates full and I'm done.

My husband and I hired 2 beach cruiser bikes from them for $90 in total. We had the bikes for 3 days (really, 3 and a half days - Tuesday morning 9.15am until Friday 5pm). The bikes came with helmets and optional baskets (for free), and locks. These were great value, and Adam is a very friendly guy.

They give you a call before they arrive to drop off and pick up the bikes from your accomodation. We stayed at Artique Resort in Surfer's Paradise. They are easy to spot, with their bright van.

I actually bought a pass for $99 that included this show, along with Movie World, Sea World and Wet N Wild. This show alone is worth at least $65, so I think I got a great deal. It was through Ouffer or Groupon (one of those group emails).

The night includes a free hat, and a delicious 3 course meal. Most people choose steak, but I chose the vegetarian option, which was a vegetable pie, and it was delicious. The entree was amazing - a salad roll with mango dressing, and the dessert was okay (it looked like a giant marshmallow, but tasted quite good).

The show itself was entertaining and it looks like a lot of work and practice goes into the making of this show. My husband and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

My husband and I came here during May on a sunny day. It was such a great day out. We went on almost all the rides. Unfortunately the Superman ride was closed. The green ride was fun (it inverts a little).

I agree with other reviews about the food being very expensive. You're allowed to bring fruit, and your own water, so I'd recommend that instead of buying. However, we went at a promotional time for one of the buffets which wa $20 per person. Not too bad considering we were able to eat until we were full.

My husband and I came here on a Tuesday in May. Being outside of the school holidays, there weren't too many people and we didn't have to wait long for any of the rides. We enjoyed the Scooby Doo ride the most, and the Wild West ride was also quite enjoyable, particularly the drop at the end. The shows are mainly for the kids, but adults might enjoy them if they are young at heart.

My husband and I came here on a raining weekday in May. The last time I went, it was about 14 years ago and a few things have changed. There are different rides, including a fun one called Storm Coaster. The bad thing about this ride though, is that you will end up quite soaked, which is not good if the weather is cooler. Make sure you wear swimwear, or if not, bring a poncho. They sell ponchos there for $6 each, which is quite pricey.

Food is expensive too, although you can get corn on the cob for $2.

I liked the shows. We managed to catch most of the shows all in the morning, and did a few rides in the afternoon. Not long to wait since we came outside of school holidays.

My husband and I went there on a Thursday in May during our honeymoon. We enjoyed all the rides we went on. The scariest by far is the Giant Drop. It's 380 feet in the air for about a miute, and then you drop for at least 5 seconds, free falling. It's very scary, but what a thrill!. We went during off peak season so harldy any waiting for rides. We got a great deal done by lunch time, although we had to wait for a bus because we didn't stay the whole day.

Food is very pricey, so it's advisable to bring your own lunch, which you can consume at Whitewater World which is next door. We didn't bring lunch - we bought expensive food.

Although we bought a 3 day pass, we only went once. We felt like we had done most things already and didn't want to travel from Surfer's Paradise again the next day. Also, because it was slightly colder during May, we decided not to go to WhiteWater World, which would have been more fun in summer.

My husband and I stayed here for one night on Saturday 10th May, the night of our wedding. It cost $125 for one night, no breakfast included. Checkout time is 12noon, and you can get free wifi by becoming a Marriott member for free.

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom includes a shower bath. It's good value, as I booked it through the Entertainment book. Surprisingly it was a cheaper rate for this particular Saturday night.

My dad requested a room upgrade while we were checking in, and we got that for free. They also saw that it was our wedding night, so they included a complimentary bottle of champagne, crackers and cheese, which was a nice gesture. However, I was too full from dinner to have any, and it was getting late by the time we got back to the hotel.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It was good to have that late checkout time of 12noon as it allowed us to sleep in.
