I waited in the que and asked for a particular product, only to be given something else (with an antihistamine that can cause drowsiness) which thankfully I noticed before paying but then had to que for some time again. When I let the person who served me know what had happened (I am about to drive and am also already taking a non-sedating antihistamine) she said 'she probably just grabbed the wrong thing'. I'm afraid that is not good enough.
