I live in an impossible apartment, meaning everything you try to fix is impossible so when the split system needed upgrading I was dreading it especially after 5 other technicians had no idea how to install a split on an internal wall with no access. Dan came out to look at the job and put me at ease immediately, I then gave him grief dithering around with what I wanted, he answered every question patiently and I must say the job went exactly how he said it would. Of course that is because he sent a really gun team that didn't let the 50mm clearance above my ceiling, furring channel and no clear pathway from the condenser to the split deter them. They persevered
when others would have thrown in the towel whinging all the time. These guys did not at any stage let the job beat them. I'm from the construction Industry and have project managed many jobs and I would have these guys on my job any day. Thanks boys I tried the Fujitsu last night and my place was heated in no time. I must thank Jess (girl in the office) who generally gets left out of reviews who is polite and efficient and generally the boys can’t work efficiently without a good person in the office.
They will be the first I call if I need another split.

I have been using Terson to service my cars for years, following him from all the big dealerships and now his own business, Whilst he specialises in Mercedes I also use him to service my Audi. His workmanship is second to non and I trust him implicity, as he never over services but makes sure the car is safe and running well. His rates are very competitive and I recommend him regularly. The person who bought my last car now takes the car to Terson. he has a car loan service so you have a car while yours is being serviced. i wouldn't use anyone else.

I went looking for specific book on a craft project I could not find anywhere, sure enough they had it, while there I also saw a fabulous book on knitting sox which I am going back to get. The shop has a fabulous array of books on just about anything to do with craft projects, knitting,sewing, and patterns with a mail order service to boot.
Their knowledge on a lot of the things that interested me was second to none.

I bought products for eyelash extensions from this company, they were as advertised on their website which I found easy to use, and the price was competetive.
Service could not be faulted and when Australia Post fell down they went out of their way to chase up the parcel so I could collect it, as well as phoning me to assist.

I cannot warn people enough to read this company's Terms & Conditions, they sell a service for a third party however if that service is not available or in my case advertised they were part of an eminent specliatist when they weren't. Spreets not only took weeks to get back to me, but refused to refund my money and quoted their T&C. Do not deal with this company if you want service, reliability that you can in fact redeem the voucher you purchased, or just plain decency. I also know the goods we purchase are not what you would receive if you walked in off the street, they are tailored to the price and in most cases you would have been better off paying full price. I have never had a service that was worth the money.

I want you to know exactly what you're getting into with this company. They started off well but with the avent of buy online their terms and conditions are onerous, they have such a demand they could not care less about service and it is all one sided. I had more than one really bad experience with them where i ended up in hospital and tried to cancel a purchase prior to the sale even finishing as meeting the payment as I had not been able to work for months, I was told by manager to too bad sell it to someone else. Their sales events are getting rid of junk so be careful as you won't get your money back.You can buy the same products on Brandsexclusive for cheaper prices. it's time we showed these greedy sharks without us the consumer they don't have a business. Vote with your feet and take your business else where,

I rang Mark at Interstate Taxi trucks which I got from the yellow pages wanting to bring a dining setting down from Robins Queensland to Melbourne. this was very difficult as my sister had bought a setting on Ebay, I had no idea of the size and I needed to have it removed witthin the week to satisfy the seller. I could not have asked for better, they picked up on the same day, ringing the person first, then the same driver brought it through to melbourne as mark said he would. I have moved around from state to state with work and if you knew the horror stories I can tell you would be very very cautious about moving. They arrived in melbourne rang me to make arrangements to deliver, it was totally unmarked from the trip and carried in one piece at a time. You would expect after 4 days on the road the driver would have been short but he was extremely pleasent, thought the setting was a good deal and even had a laugh with me. I know where I will be going again.

I purchased a course of wrinkles injections from Total Body on Our Deal and Spreets have just run another special. It is almost impossible to redeem them. I sent 3 emails as directed with relevant information to make and appointment, never replied to, rung 3 times and the anwering machine is on with a message they will call back, not heard from them. Be very careful buying these deals as when you go to redeem they're missing in action. Use your regular practioner at least you are assured of service and know what you are getting.

I went to House of Obsidian on a $49 deal for a half head of foils, cut and blow wave. I would be the customer from hell as I am an ex hairdresser who still keeps up to date. I can only say I got more than I paid for and all with excellent care, attention and a smile. My operater was Nathaniel who spent ages fixing the ad hoc foils I had put in my hair so now it is even, glamerous and because they use amonia free products my hair feels amazing. When it comes to cutting my hair I am annal and i have been to the salon that won "Salon of the Year" on this site however my experience with that salon was very disappointing, but not with nathaniel he cut it exactly as I asked and spent ages blow drying it as I liked. I can only say give them a go, I did and was very very happy.

We as an Owners Corp employed Branko to do a building Inspection of 7 units and basement.I was told when I called the report could be used in VCAT and they gave advice on VCAT issues. The inspection was ad-hoc, but the worst part was after receiving the report we sent it to the solicitors to lodge an Insurance claim to be told;
1 The defects are not properly particularised.
2 The report does not identify common property and individual units.
3 Expert evidence was expressly excluded from the report.
4 It is not in VCAT format
and we would have to get the report re-done by someone that did work that complied. When I contacted him about this he said he advised people to try and settle out of court, contrary to their assertions when phoned.In this inspection he asked the owner what are the problems, if you said you weren't aware of any he personally did not conduct an inspection. If you need to lodge an insurance claim it has to be written in the above format.
