Waste of time and money - I purchased two vouchers, it took me a month to get an appointment at Total Body Toorak - I had my 1st lot of injections and two weeks later... NOTHING, I went back to complain and was taken into the treatment room for a 'top up' - the syringes were filled up in a bowl ready for use - I am not sure if the treatments did not work as they were off or expired from sitting in the syringes, or something else. Regardless it was useless! I have had Botox and Dysport injections before with great results. I tried for a month to get in contact with Total Body with no luck - finally I learnt from a local business they had closed and moved to Flemington. I requested a refund and lodged a complaint with Groupon and was told Total Body was responsible for refunds - cut to two months later and countless emails and waiting on hold to Groupon and Total Body, I have been notified that I will receive a refund for 1 of the vouchers - the other voucher that was equivalent to injecting water into my face... Well that is just bad luck it didn't work on me and I am not entitled to a refund. It boggles me how a 'reputable' business can appear on Groupon, Scoopon, Cudo, Living Social and a few other group buying sites when they can't even manage to have a real person answer phones. Their phone system just doesn't work and I would't be surprised if the whole thing is a scam trying to suck money from group buying site members before heading overseas never to be heard from again. I have lodged a complaint with ADMA.

This salon is completely dispicable. They keep jumping from group buy sites selling vouchers that they do not honor. They do not answer their phones nor reply to their emails. If you happen to get hold of the answer phone they do not return the call. Groupon who I purchased the voucher from will not refund me and keep telling me to contact Total Body despite me continually explaining I cannot get through. This saga has gone on for five weeks. I am going find out how to report both Groupon and Total body to consumer affairs!

Had Groupon voucher. Only treated 1 area, not 2 as in voucher. No photorejuvenation as stated in the groupon original ad. Worst of all, the "so-called" Botox had no effect whatsoever! It was either NOT botox at all, or the concentration too small to have any effect. I am going to Consumer Affairs & I urge anyone else who feels ripped-off to register their concern. Avoid this lot like the plague!!!

I went to my bank and filled in the dispute forms regarding this place. Total body never responded to the banks request so i got a refund to my account. I have noticed tonight however that $139 has gone from my account again so i will be going into the bank to see whats going on.. Avoid total body, they are useless!!!!
Further update re Total Body - success at last! I have finally been refunded my $139 from total body. This was only 2+ months of hassling Groupon, involving Consumer Affairs etc. I was eventually contacted by a Groupon rep who assured me that my details had been passed on to Total Body & that I would be contacted. I was contacted by someone who wanted me to go to their "new" clinic near the Showgrounds for a "review". I flatly refused to travel all that way (from Mornington peninsula) & that I had lost all confidence in their services anyway & would not accept further treatment. After 3 more weeks & several more remonders from me I did get my refund. Try again with your bank, Savanna. I paid with paypal, but they will not refund a purchase for "services" as opposed to goods. Worth remembering I thought. Anyway, best of luck!
They never use Botox at their clinics, so if they have said they do then they are lying as I've discovered.

I purchased a course of wrinkles injections from Total Body on Our Deal and Spreets have just run another special. It is almost impossible to redeem them. I sent 3 emails as directed with relevant information to make and appointment, never replied to, rung 3 times and the anwering machine is on with a message they will call back, not heard from them. Be very careful buying these deals as when you go to redeem they're missing in action. Use your regular practioner at least you are assured of service and know what you are getting.

after waiting 3 months for an appointment the texted me the day before and cancelled the appointment and told me to get my money back from Spreets and Our Deal, neither of which will refund. I have contacted Consumer Affairs and lodged a complaint and of course they had already heard of them.
I have also purchased vouchers through scoopon for this deal. I booked in January and im yet to hear from them. I sent in my three preferred dates and they are still being processed from 3rd March !!! I also left messages and emailed and i even emailed scoopon directly. Got emailed back from scoopon and was told that total body would contact me, im still waiting three weeks later.. After reading your comments i may just refer this to my bank and claim it back from my credit card.. If they are not capable of making appointments within 3 months im sure as hell not gonna let them inject toxins into my face..
