I was overwhelmed when I received our beloved dog's ashes. The care shown for our beloved friend was evident. I could not have wished for anything more - well, except to have him back with us again. Thank you Pet Cremation Services, you made a heartbreaking loss a little easier.
Great service, good product variety and friendly staff. I would not go anywhere else. I have found Michelle to be very knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions; she is up-to-date with everything and is clearly dedicated to providing sound advice. Nothing is too much trouble for her. I highly recommend this business.
Marty's fish and chips used to be top notch, but over the last few months we have noticed a big decline in quality. Fish is okay and the chips are hit and miss. Pumpkin cakes are terrible with the thinnest sliver of pumpkin you could possibly imagine. Their Souvlaki have also taken a dive with more lettuce now than meat. Very disappointing that once fantastic fish and chips are now mediocre at best.
The portion size was huge but we were very disappointed in the taste of the food. It was not nice at all. The service was good. Sorry, but I would not go back.

Fantastic! Lovely staff who make you feel at ease and suprisingly, very little discomfort. I will definitely go back!
The waitress messed up our entree order by giving us the wrong dish and at the end of the evening, when paying the bill, they had the audacity to charge us for HER mistake. The Ballarat Steakhouse lost 10 customers that night who will never again walk through the door.
There's no better quality meat to be found anywhere. I've tried the others, John Harbour is by far the best. Do yourself a favour and try his produce, you won't be sorry.
