I cannot thank Aliento enough for adding quality to my life with how easy it has been to lose cms from my body and helping define my body; posture and fitness in such a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. I have read other reviews and I agree with everything that all the other people have written. What impressed me, along with the fitness and posture that you get from the machines is that if you need to have a week or more off to go on holidays or whatever you may need time off for, then you have that time added on to the end of your contract at no extra charge; most gyms you can only defer for a limited time or it costs more. All I can say is that nobody will be sorry if they decide to join as it is the best hour you can spend exercising with such miraculous results.
