I was completely new to yoga, but Sophie's knowledge and temperament made it a very enjoyable experience. I found some of the moves quite tricky to start with, but am amazed at how flexible I have become, as well as how calm and in control I feel. I would absolutely recommend Sophie and EkAgra to beginners and people overcoming traumatic experiences. She is incredibly knowledgable, and you will be in very good hands.
