I bought my wife's engagement, wedding and eternity rings and my wedding ring from Xennox. The service is first class, as is the quality of the products. My wife is absolutely thrilled with here rings - she can't go without them. When I first shopped around i visited numerous places in Brisbane. For me, customer service is key (as it is very important in my work) and the service that Karl gave me was outstanding. He was patient, informative and helpful. He helped me design/choose the ring and diamond. One thing that amazes me about Karl is that somehow he manages to remember my name, even though we don't visit Xennox all that often - another example of great customer service.

Recently I managed to lose a diamond in my ring. The staff at Xennox replaced it very quickly for me so I could have it for my Wedding anniversary. The ring came back with a new diamond and looking brand new! I was very happy.
