Aliento is fantastic. A friend recommended it to me and as my doctor had said I have to lose weight, I thought that going to Aliento would complement the controlled diet. I have now been dieting and going to 'gym' twice a week for just under 4 months and have lost a fantastic 75.5cm. I have dropped about 1 1/2 sizes in clothing. I am so happy. I feel so much better. I would definately recommend Aliento to anyone wanting to lose centimetres and tone while dieting to lose weight or just tone for those that don't want to lose weight. The staff are really helpful and friendly
