The service is quite atrocious, the staff begin giving you suspicious looks the moment you walk through the door. Don't even think about picking up a pair of shoes to have a closer look- the stares get more intense.
Furthermore, the quality of the shoes is nothing really that impressive and you can get shoes identical or even better from other stores which will treat you better.

The products are amazing. I mean, who doesn't love chocolate? Especially good chocolate.
I was rather disappointed by the service though, it often takes way to long for someone to come and collect your order, and a much longer time if you need a water refill.
The decor is quite nice and inviting. However, when the store is busy you really notice how close together the tables are, and it can sometimes feel like you're sharing your experience with the couple at the table next to you- it can also get quite loud.

The concept is great; a place where students can sell their unneeded textbooks and buy ones they need at a lower cost then elsewhere. There are textbooks for pretty much every course, and they've managed to organize the store in an easy to understand manner.
The range of secondhand fiction books is quite impressive, you can pick up a popular paperback for around $2.
There are also various stationary items available, but the cost is the same as anywhere else.
One thing I don't like, is that they require customers to leave their bags outside for security reasons. This makes me feel uncomfortable as my bag often has valuables in it, and there isn't much protection for the bags. Thankfully, the staff are quite happy to keep things like laptops and other items behind the counter until you're done.

Three floors of books, music and movies!! AMAZING.
I love being able to take a book into the on-site cafe and reading through it while enjoying a nice hot drink.
The staff are pleasant and always willing to help you locate an item in store. What's more, if they haven't got it in stock, they will direct you to their online store- where they have an enormous collection of books.
DVDs and music are quite pricey here though, so you'd be better off getting those from somewhere else.

Yummy food, great service. Seriously delicious! I also like their version of a loyalty card, which will ultimately entitle you to a free main course.

The store is always incredibly busy and its nearly impossible to find someone to help you. Even if you do manage to find someone, they attempt to pass you on to someone else. I had a tech problem; I waited in line for over half an hour and there was another two hours while they were dealing with the problem. I was unimpressed by the service as the staff member was trying to deal with too many customers at once, he seemed rushed and I feel he was not paying enough attention to any of us. I left the store with the issue unresolved.

The girls and lovely and helpful. They were ever so patient, and helped me select the most beautiful outfit; it was flattering and made me feel great. The clothes are a little on the expensive side, but I feel they are worth it.

Approximate cost: $100

The staff, including the manager, were extremely rude and did not pay attention to our requests. As a Monash student with a Culture Card we were also entitled to 20% off our order, the manager refused to honour this.

Approximate cost: $7
