Strictly Dnt go with them. We rented there proper for almost 4 years. They just gave less then one month notice to vacant the property in the end. Each time during inspection they make unnecessary point nd issue nd raise breach of contract ( if they have this issue then why they let us stay 4 yrs?). Secondly we spent 600$ for vacant cleaning but still they want to do vacant clea. I told them to let me know when you gonna do it I will come with cleaner nd see how could they clean already clean property but still they did it. I vacant the property on 14th nd give the keys on 15th. Still they charge us until 22Nd almost one week rent. Now, mentioning unnecessary things still want to keep bond nd make us to pay further. Can anybody discribe us what are the further actions we can’t take bcz m not gonna leave my bond behind
