Aliento, wow,A friend recommended it to me 5 months ago, and, within a couple of visits, i joined for a year, and havent looked back. Ive lost over 55cms across my body in this short time, my whole attitude to exercise has changed, One of the first things that i noticed within the first week was that i started sleeping better at night, Ive never been a good sleeper, especially working afternoon shift and getting home at 11 pm . Ive dropped 2 dress sizes in this time. Im attending 4 times per week, and feel so much better for it. The staff are wonderful, friendly and soooooooooo helpful
My core muscles have improved dramatically, as well as my posture, My Blood Pressure has dropped, and my last blood test showed dramatic improvement in all elements. Im generally a much happier person within myself, which makes such a big difference to my life, and my family.
