Cecilia has been wonderful, understanding and very keen to pay special attention to my personal needs. She is always encouraging and friendly and makes you feel good about what you have achieved in your session. If you have a special problem she will research the best way to help you build on the strength required to ease the problem.

My overall health and stamina has improved considerably since my training began and I feel much better both mentally and physically.
