We went ahead and within 2 weeks the team were at our property ready to install the complete ducted air conditioning system.
The team were friendly, professional and well organised, removing old wall units, patching up, changing electrical requirements and installing the complete ducted solution.
Due to the size of the job it did take most of the day, but all costs and activities were covered under the quoted price and they left the property safe and tidy.
A slight 'teething problem' with the controller was fixed as soon as it had been identified in the following days, and since then the unit has provided excellent aircon, both cooling and heating.
