Best gourmet pies around. The JD is certainly the crowd favourite, but I also like to try the new flavours that are often available. The pastry probably is a little undercooked compared to standard pies, but I expect it's intentional and I quite like.
Costs more than plain pie at your local bakery, but you are getting something special. And it's still cheaper than what you'd get stung for a reheated Mrs Macs at your local cafe.
I tried the sausage rolls once. Not awful, but I've not bought another one since.

I had to get 3 posts replaced on my front deck as part of house sale. I'd spent weeks looking for somebody to do the work and provide quotes. Eventually I got a couple of quotes but they weren't able to do it in the required time (within a month) and others I never heard back from.

Then I found Paul's website...

Paul came round a couple of days later, exactly on time. Gave me a detailed quote, no messing around and talked me through the job. A week later, work was done, tidied up, and no extras. Everything went well and looks great. I've got no complaints and would recommend without hesitation.

I've just had Andrew complete a pre-purchase inspection on our second home, after using Action Property on our first purchase also. Both times the advice was clear and comprehensive, with recommendation on what improvements can and should be made. And he checks the roof out too!

Follow up service is great also - I contacted AP for advice about our orginal property (3 years after the inspection) and Andrew was happy to assist.

After much research and choosing AP for my first inspection, there was no hesitation in choosing them the second time. And I'll certainly be using them again in the future.
