Overall, an average experience.
They did quite a good job with a full roof tile re-capping and partial re-bedding initially, but on closer inspection after they left a few small areas lacked the quality I was hoping for (small areas missed, gaps in capping). Gutter cleaning was also included in the quote and it obviously wasn't even touched.

They were initially happy to come back and take a look, but after three scheduled times that no one arrived when they said they would I was less than impressed.

Following this, I requested to speak to the owners but it was again only admin that got back to me, with the only excuse being that they're sorry and that the tilers are very busy at the moment. They told me someone would be there ASAP to complete the job.
My wife and I were away for a few days, so I requested that they confirm with me when the job was done and that I would still like to speak to management.
We arrived home and it looks as though someone has been to fix the job, but I still haven't heard back from them at all.

In my opinion, their customer service is unreliable and I won't be hiring them again. In saying that, the job was eventually done to a satisfactory standard that serves my needs.

We hired Daniel to replace flashing and repair guttering on our garage roof.
We would highly recommend him. He did an excellent job and we found him very reliable in regards to his customer service. His communication was great when needing to get back to us and always arrived when he said he would.
We were very impressed and will most likely hire him again in the future due to his honest approach, reliability and value for money.
